Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a Lead Auditor, Vice President – Regulatory Compliance in the United States. The role conducts second-line corporate regulatory compliance audits from planning through final report, leading a team of auditors, and ensuring timely, comprehensive deliverables under supervision of the Local Head of Audit or Audit Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in audit or relevant control environment.
• Certification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CIA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bank and broker-dealer operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the risks of audited activities and validate the related control environment for design and effectiveness.
• Lead audit assignments from planning to final report; manage team performance and timelines.
• Review and challenge processes and controls in view of purpose, mandates and risks.
• Monitor fieldwork and adjust audit scope to risks identified and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present the draft and final audit reports and management debriefings.
