Job summary

Plante Moran, PLLC seeks a candidate for our Regulatory Compliance team within Risk and Accounting Advisory Services. You will help with reporting, analyze client regulatory compliance processes, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

You will prepare proposals and engagement letters, produce reports detailing findings and recommendations, and work with multiple clients across engagements while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in pre-law, banking, business, economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• This is a non-exempt position and may require hours beyond 40 per week.
• This position may require local, national, and occasional international travel.
• Detail-oriented with problem solving, communication, organizational, technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing reporting assistance and analysis for engagements
• Documenting and testing client regulatory compliance processes
• Identifying and analyzing potential risks and risk mitigation strategies
• Preparing proposals and engagement letters
• Producing reports and presentations that outline findings, explaining risks and recommending changes
• Working with multiple clients and engagements while meeting deadlines
• Developing final documentation within tight time frames
