Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a candidate for its Regulatory Compliance team to support engagements focusing on federal compliance requirements, risk assessment, and client advisory services. The role combines critical thinking with teamwork to analyze, document, and test regulatory processes and prepare proposals and engagement letters.

Our Regulatory Compliance team (part of Risk and Accounting Advisory Services) focuses on our clients’ critical business needs. From Bank Secrecy Act reviews to compliance management and everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks. At Plante Moran, we have the privilege of serving clients and providing consultative services as they face challenges and seek new opportunities.

Your role.

As you venture into figuring out how federal compliance requirements impact the clients we serve, we’ll give you the flexibility to combine critical thinking with teamwork to serve our clients. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL and MA is: $36.00 - $36.00
