Blessing Health in Quincy, IL is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to promote, facilitate, and enforce regulatory standards across the health system. You will support the Director of Regulatory Compliance by performing risk assessments, internal audits, and document control activities.
A Bachelor's degree and advanced skills in Microsoft Office are required, with preferred experience in auditing practices and document management.
PAY RATE: $27.66 - $41.49
BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
This position is responsible for promoting, facilitating and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards within the health system and for functioning as an organizational resource for regulatory compliance. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator supports the Director, Regulatory Compliance by performing risk assessments, internal audits and document control activities. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator maintains a working knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements, as well as health system policies, and educates others. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Blessing Health system. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the organization.
