Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and general compliance support to the Chief Compliance & Risk Management Officer.
• Maintain documentation related to compliance audits, complaints, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
• Assist with training needs and ensure timely delivery of compliance training.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for audits, investigations, and patient complaint tracking.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and processes to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
• Generate regular progress reports for the Chief Compliance & Risk Management Officer.
