Job summary

CareSouth Medical and Dental seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support audits, assessments, and training across the workforce. You will gather data, compile findings, and provide compliance education under the Compliance Officer's supervision to help the agency meet regulatory obligations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in healthcare compliance, with strong MS Office skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Compliance role (essential).
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated with a keen interest in the ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of compliance issues.
• Integrity and professional ethics.
• Outstanding presentation, writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with superior problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance Officer/Manager with data collection and evaluation.
• Audit and monitor data, systems, and processes for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in revising Compliance Program materials to meet changing needs.
• Educate workforce on compliance matters and internal policies.
• Assist with Emergency Management and Preparedness tasks.
• Support departments in correcting compliance issues as needed.
• Gather data and prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
• Participate in committees and interpret regulations to resolve issues.
• Report findings to management as required.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and workplace safety policies.
• Perform data gathering and analysis for legal purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
