Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, law, public policy, or a related field.
• Prior regulatory compliance or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Procedure Management — Owns RegOps policies, drafts updates, coordinates input and approvals, maintains documentation.
• BSA Program Management & Oversight — Supports onboarding, training, monitoring, and audits within the BSA program.
• COI Policy Liaison Support — Reviews alerts, researches conflicts, advises on policies, drafts memoranda.
• SEC Reporting Coordination — Assists in compiling materials for SEC reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Other Reg Compliance Support — Provides research, meeting prep, audit tracking, and process improvements.
