Mission Staffing partners with a global energy and commodities company to hire two Regulatory Compliance Analysts for its Legal  & Compliance team. The client has an urgent need for hands-on compliance professionals to support its enterprise compliance program across multiple jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes drafting policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience and strong writing skills, with a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track record of drafting and implementing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Experience conducting risk assessments.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Hybrid work setup in The Woodlands, TX.
