Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences seeks a detail-oriented Regulatory Support Specialist to join our Customer Product Stewardship Team in Minnesota. The role focuses on reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents and preparing reports to support compliance across product lines.

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, with final offers based on location, experience, and internal equity, in a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science.
• 02 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred.
• Experience with chemical databases is preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases and chemical databases.
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product data in systems.
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation.
• Generate and review hazard communication documents and product labels.
• Create or evaluate reports to ensure regulatory compliance in division activities.
