Job summary

American Credit Acceptance (ACA) is seeking a Regulatory Change Analyst to drive regulatory change management across Compliance, Legal, and Operations. You will monitor developments, assess impacts, and coordinate implementation of new regulatory requirements into business processes.

You will partner with Legal and Compliance to translate obligations into practical controls, communicating changes clearly to leaders and teams, and maintaining comprehensive regulatory inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, Financial Services, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to independently research and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Assess applicability and business impact of new laws and regulations in partnership with Legal and Compliance.

Regulatory Change Analyst - Compliance

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive professional to join our Compliance team as a Regulatory Change Analyst. What You'll Do
Coordinate Regulatory Change Processes

  • Paralegal certification.
