Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience supervising professional and technical staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal law, policy, procedures, codes, rules and regulations of the assigned program.
• Ability to hire recommendations, training, planning and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections, investigations, or audits in which employees may need licensure or relevant experience.
• Lead a programmatic, regional, or statewide team with accountability for outcomes.
• Travel extensively, operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prepare, present, and interpret reports and related data.
