The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation is seeking a Government Analyst I in Tallahassee to support the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. This civilian role assists the Bureau Chief and staff, performs independent data analysis, and handles broad administrative tasks with tact and discretion.

The position requires strong MS Office skills, experience with public administration processes, and the ability to gather and report data. It is not a telework/remote role.

Qualificações

• Experience with administrative functions and office procedures.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze administrative data such as accounting or purchasing.
• Prepare correspondence and administrative reports.
• Understand and apply applicable rules and policies.
• Use problem-solving techniques and work independently.
• Plan, organize and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Current employment with DBPR and background screening requirements.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Perform independent research and data analysis within the Bureau of Law Enforcement.
