$35.00/hr - $37.00/hr

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Regulatory Affairs Specialist”

Key Responsibilities

  • Update documentation in technical files to reflect the new legal manufacturer name and address; route documents for internal review and approval through Solventum's document control system.
  • Respond to global regulatory associates' requests for registration support by locating and providing required documentation for in-country submissions.
  • Assist in various regulatory activities related to the company spin-off and global rebranding efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support regulatory compliance in international markets.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy and traceability of regulatory submissions and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
  • 2–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device industry.
  • Remote role
  • Position type: 12 months
  • Pay rate: $35-$37/hr. depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
