Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Regulatory Affairs intern to gain exposure to global regulatory strategy and compliance while working cross-functionally with R&D, Supplier Quality, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs.

You will contribute to projects ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and reach patients safely and effectively, including regulatory submissions and post-market reporting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and must stay enrolled.
• 3.0 GPA or above at time of hire.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication with collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regulatory intelligence activities to monitor changes in global regulations and support strategy updates.
• Assist with preparing regulatory submissions to register products internationally.
• Shadow RA Specialists during new product development meetings to gain insight into collaborative design and development.
• Support post-market regulatory reporting projects to monitor device performance and identify safety or quality issues.
• Contribute to regulatory assessments and change notification strategies to minimize disruption to registrations.
