Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science plus 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• PharmD with 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in US Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a matrix environment and in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regulatory activities related to advertising and promotion.
• Support and influence regulatory environment through SME leadership.
• Supervise regulatory staff to ensure compliant promo materials.
• Develop strategies for promotional activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Present information to cross-functional groups and manage stakeholder relationships.
