Our client, a global leader in medical device manufacturing , is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join their team, 100% Onsite , in Maplewood, MN. As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will be part of a Global Regulatory department supporting diverse teams internationally. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Location: Maplewood, MN 55119

Pay Range: $25-27/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months, potential to extend and/or hire permanently

Job Function

• Interact with regulatory affairs personnel from over 80 countries to facilitate the registration and re-registration of medical devices and drugs.
• Manage the notarization, apostille, and authentication of certificates through the Washington Consulate Service.
• Become a notary to carry out essential job duties effectively.
• Track the status of regulatory certificates globally with a keen attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• A 4-year degree in science or engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse regulatory personnel.
