Job summary

Traditional Medicinals, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance to lead regulatory strategy and governance as the company scales in a complex landscape.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will partner with Quality, Operations, HR, Marketing and Innovation to ensure compliant growth, oversee audits and certifications, and build scalable processes across the global product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or related areas, in regulated product environments.
• Experience in dietary supplements, OTC, botanical, consumer health, or similarly regulated CPG environments; direct dietary supplement and/or OTC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills, including the ability to drive initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, documentation systems, and compliance processes.
• Ability to build scalable regulatory governance and compliance capabilities for a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Business Partnership: provide risk-based regulatory guidance and support product innovation and expansion.
• Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Coordination: oversee regulatory reviews for claims, labeling, packaging, and marketing.
• Cross-Functional Compliance Management: serve as regulatory leader across governance processes.
• Certifications & External Standards: support certification requirements and related audits.
• Audit & Inspection Readiness: ensure readiness and coordinate follow-up actions.
