Sanofi is seeking a Manager Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion in Cambridge, MA / Morristown, NJ. The role drives regulatory strategies for labeling, advertising, and promotion across products, partnering with brand teams and global counterparts.

You will contribute to risk/benefit analyses, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant promotional practices within the US marketplace. A science background and 1+ year regulatory experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; science focus preferred.
• 1+ years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience with cross-functional groups including Medical, Legal, Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies product-specific or therapeutic area A&P issues and collaborates to implement solutions.
• Advises risk/benefit of strategies and guides clients in regulatory matters.
• Oversees regulatory strategic objectives and projects with minimal supervision.
• Acts as Regulatory representative on brand teams and review committees for commercial and medical materials.
• Provides input to Global organization on domestic regulatory strategies for life-cycle management.
• Contributes A&P expertise to labeling for new/ supplemental NDAs.
• Delivers regulatory strategies to maximize value and balance risks for stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
