Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; Science focus preferred.
• 1+ years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in Advertising and Promotion in Regulatory required.
• Dealt effectively with cross-functional groups, including Medical, Legal, Marketing etc.

Responsibilities

• Identifies product-specific A&P issues and works with other teams to propose and implement solutions.
• Advises on risk/benefit of strategies and assists clients with sound business decisions on regulatory matters.
• Oversees and bears responsibility for regulatory strategic objectives and projects with minimal supervision.
• Acts as Regulatory representative on brand teams and Review Committees for commercial and medical materials.
• Provides guidance to internal Sanofi constituencies to maximize competitive impact of product development and promotion.
• Contributes regulatory input on domestic strategies for life cycle management and labeling.
• Develops product-specific regulatory strategies to mitigate risk and maximize value.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
