Job Overview

Piper Companies is seeking an Experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional in Advertising & Promotion to lead the regulatory affairs advertising and promotion team for a global biopharmaceutical company as Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs (Advertising & Promotion). This is a remote position, and candidates must reside in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the lead and collaborate cross-functionally to create all advertising and promotional materials.
  2. Manage and maintain the creation of all US labeling, advertising, and promotional materials.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US regulations regarding drug marketing and advertising requirements.
  4. Prepare necessary labeling documents and information for submissions.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  2. 4+ years of demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within US regulatory advertising and promotion.
  3. Proven experience with product launch preferred.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalent.
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 base salary with annual bonus, LTI & other incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package included.
