Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion to lead the US promotional materials and medical communications.

You will ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies across channels including digital, print, and events. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in regulatory affairs, hands-on MLR leadership experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of supporting product launches

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion within pharma/biotech.
• Direct experience reviewing US promotional materials.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA-OPDP regulations and MLR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory review and guidance for US promotional materials across channels.
• Lead or participate in MLR meetings and advise risk-based regulatory strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Support launch readiness and development of internal SOPs.
