Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Quality Regulatory & Accreditation Specialist to lead regulatory compliance, licensure readiness, and performance improvement across clinical services. You will coordinate accredited surveys, analyze data, and partner with leaders to respond to findings and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and RN licensure.
• Experience with hospital accreditation, regulatory compliance, licensure, quality, patient safety, or performance improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitates local, state, and federal clinical regulatory and accreditation activities to ensure services meet standards.
• Coordinates ongoing accreditation readiness and quality improvement initiatives with leaders, physicians, and staff.
• Responds to on-site surveyors and regulatory agencies, hosts surveyors and develops plans of corrections.
• Co-manages a survey command center and notifies departments of site visits and findings.
• Analyzes data, creates dashboards, and uses BI tools to support compliance and improvement.
• Ensures interpretation and implementation of standards (Joint Commission, CMS, Title 22, Health & Safety Codes).
• Prepares documentation for licensure and regulatory notifications as required.
