Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Interacts with staff in a courteous, professional manner and resolves conflicts.
• Participates in survey readiness activities and follow-up action plans.
• Enters data into systems for analysis and trending; shares findings with stakeholders.
• Provides real-time coaching on observed compliance opportunities.
• Works under the direction of the Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance manager or director.
• Speaks and trains groups of employees on policies and procedures.
