Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN), parent company of Liberty, seeks a Regulatory Accounting professional to support FERC/NARUC reporting, rate-case support, and data-request activities. You will own schedules, reconciliations, and working papers from data extraction through review-ready completion with moderate supervision.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration across Accounting, FP&A, and Legal teams in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory experience.
• Strong Excel, reconciliations, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare data and schedules for rate-case filings and regulatory reporting.
• Extract actuals and reconcile data to schedules, templates, and source records.
• Draft support for regulatory assets/liabilities, cost allocations, and variance explanations.
• Maintain audit-ready working papers, data-source documentation, and tie-outs.
• Coordinate data-request responses and routing for review.
