What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify requirements and gaps for various types of direct care workers and other staff in post-acute care
- Provide team support for regulation and compliance-based inquiries to assist sales, customer support, and content teams
- Conduct periodic audits and updates of compliance database, collateral, and resources
- Design and deliver enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success teams regarding compliance and regulatory information
- Coordinate renewal schedules and compliance reporting with internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Home Health
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare research, audits, documentation, and deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; familiarity with relational databases is a plus
- Familiarity with finding and navigating regulatory codes preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
