What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Research and identify requirements and gaps for various types of direct care workers and other staff in post-acute care
  • Provide team support for regulation and compliance-based inquiries to assist sales, customer support, and content teams
  • Conduct periodic audits and updates of compliance database, collateral, and resources
  • Design and deliver enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success teams regarding compliance and regulatory information
  • Coordinate renewal schedules and compliance reporting with internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Home Health
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare research, audits, documentation, and deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; familiarity with relational databases is a plus
  • Familiarity with finding and navigating regulatory codes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats
