Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple cross-functional projects in a regulated medical device environment.

The role requires strong scheduling, risk tracking, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of project coordination or PM support, experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Coordination/Project Management Support experience.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management & meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience tracking schedules, risks, dependencies & action items.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Medical Device industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Direct medical device experience is a key requirement; pharmaceutical-only experience may not be considered a match.
