Job summary

SOLTECHPR, a leading biotech digitization partner, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regulated manufacturing projects in the United States. This role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma/medical devices and 3+ years of PM experience, managing full project lifecycles from definition to sustainability, with engineering or life-sciences background.

You will create robust plans, coordinate across functions, communicate with upper management, manage risks and budgets, and guide teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the regulated manufacturing industry (Biotech, Pharma, and/or Medical Devices)
• 3+ years as a Project Manager and full lifecycle project management experience
• Academic background in Engineering or Life-Sciences

Responsibilities

• Create robust communication and project plans to ensure activities are completed and leadership is informed of progress
• Represent the project team and provide updates in multiple forums
• Support and assist in all phases of the project
• Assist with project control, financial management, and risk assessment
• Provide guidance on project-related activities to key players and stakeholders
• Motivate the team and foster collaboration across functions
