• You have current knowledge of all New Mexico and local laws on safety and sanitation.

• You have 2+ years of Supervisory experience in service industry preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.
• You have strong understanding of Spanish and English.
• You are able to provide legal work authorization in the United States

What would my job responsibilities be?

Striving to deliver the very best in quality and results, you lead the Stewarding team to ensure all the service and dining areas in F&B in accordance with production requirements and quality and cleanliness standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

• You will be responsible for assisting with inventory and managing breakage.
  Ensure proper set-up, breakdown and maintenance of all banquet functions.
• You invest in the development of your team by training your team and create high performing teams by leading with inspiration - coaching and counseling as needed and recognition.
• You strive for perfection and ensure that all areas of the Food and Beverage back of house floors are kept to Four Seasons standards including clean and dry spills are picked up immediately using wet floor signs, dry rags, and dry mops. Clean walls, tables, racks, sinks, floor mats and disposal area. Polish stainless steel. Clean ovens, hoods, filters, drains, hot boxes, steam tables, flat boxes and ceiling vents, according to schedule.
• You will maintain organization and ensure proper storage and cleaning of all rolling stock and racks, silver, presoaking and operation of dish machine.
• Physical requirements for this position will include but not limited to: Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying of china, glass, silver, equipment (up to 100 lbs.), hot boxes, rolling carts and removal of waste. Continuous standing, bending, kneeling and consistent mobility should be expected.
