Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Regrello Technical Lead / Senior Engineer in a hybrid role based near Phoenix, AZ. You will guide architecture, integration, and development across Regrello deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflow automation solutions.

The role emphasizes design reviews, governance, and performance optimization while ensuring security and compliance across enterprise integrations with SAP, Oracle ERP, Jira, and other systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering, workflow automation, or enterprise app development experience.
3+ years of technical leadership or solution architecture experience.
Experience implementing workflow automation and orchestration platforms.
Strong understanding of BPM, Workflow Automation, Enterprise Integration, API Development, Event-Driven Architectures, and Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems and business applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Regrello platform implementations and enhancements.
Define solution architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards.
Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
Architect cross-functional business process workflows and optimize performance.
Configure and maintain Regrello workflow automation capabilities; develop custom logic.
