Job summary

Northridge Surgery Center is hiring a Registration Clerk to be the first point of contact for patients and families. The role focuses on smooth registration and positive impression, plus accurate data entry and insurance checks.

Hours are 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. The center emphasizes compassionate care and a patient-centered experience as part of USPI’s network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous front desk/registration experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
• Longevity in past roles.

Registration Clerk at Northridge Surgery Center -

As a Registrar, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and their families. Your role is instrumental in creating a positive impression and ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed.
