What email address should a hiring manager use to contact you?

Responsible for covering front desk and maintaining files. Files and retrieves records as needed and ensures system remains organized. Accuracy of utmost importance. Will also run errands and have occasional project-oriented tasks. Opportunity to remain on campus and work the Commencement in December and May.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Take and deliver messages, direct in person traffic
  • Accurate filing and attention to detail
  • General knowledge of campus, departments, and personnel
  • Ability to pivot between tasks with grace
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED EXPECTATIONS
  • Willing to ask questions to clarify and expand personal knowledge
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all information from the office environment
  • Work with Office Suite software and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate at a professional level, both written and verbal
  • Alphabetize accurately, Chicago Manual of Style
