Responsibilities

The Registrar serves as the liaison between Finance, Nursing, and Physician offices. The role obtains accurate demographic information, and records and verifies all pertinent information from insurance companies in respect to a patient’s authorization for services, eligibility, and benefits.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years working in medical/and or medical insurance fields.
  • Medical terminology
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to multi-task.
