Job summary

Freeman Health System in Bentonville, AR is seeking a PRN Registration Clerk to welcome patients and collect essential information for their admission. You will interview patients, obtain signed forms, and initiate financial counseling while handling payments and insurance verification at the point of service.

Preferred: Medical office experience. Strong computer and typing skills are essential for accurate data entry and timely processing in a fast-paced hospital admissions setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or Completion of two years of college level classes.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service required.
• Knowledge of computers and other standard office equipment required.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute required.
• Preferred: Medical office experience preferred.

What You'll Do

Registration of patients presenting to Freeman Health System. Conducts patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms and obtains signatures.
