Job summary

American Animal Hospital in San Diego’s Mira Mesa community is a well-established small-animal practice serving dogs and cats since 1986. We provide wellness, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and more in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician with at least 3 years of experience, strong surgery and anesthesia skills, and an interest in dentistry. Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available; compensation is $26-$33/hour, based on experience.

• Experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
• Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Surgery and anesthesia experience and confidence.
