Job summary

VCA Great Lakes Veterinary Specialists in Warrensville Heights, OH seeks a credentialed veterinary technician to join our Supervisor team full time. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and high-quality patient care in our 24/7 emergency & referral hospital.

You will coach staff, coordinate with all hospital services, and support doctors with VTNE guidance and licensure matters. Some regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician with RVT/LVT/CVT status.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary settings.
• Ability to coach and supervise staff.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Proficient communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Full Technician Skill Utilization.
• Collaborate with team members across hospital services.
• Coach associates to support their success.
• Some regional travel required.
• Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance.

VCA Great Lakes Veterinary Specialists is seeking an enthusiastic experienced credentialed veterinary technician to join our growing Supervisor team full time! (LVT, CVT, RVT).

Working together to create effective, fulfilled teams, happy healthy hospitals, and overall career satisfaction.

Compensation : $25.00 - $33.00 / hour based on skill set, 5 years of experience, and licensure status (RVT, VTS)

Potential Schedule : Full Time, Variable

Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities:
