Animal Care Clinic North is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team!
The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) will handle inpatient and outpatient care, collaborating closely with veterinarians. Responsibilities include assisting in exam rooms by taking patient histories, recording vital signs, preparing vaccines, running diagnostic tests, assisting with animal restraint, and providing client education.
Technicians may also conduct their own appointments for procedures such as suture removal, vaccine administration (when a doctor exam isn't required), long-term medication monitoring, testing, and discharging hospitalized patients.
