How You Will Contribute

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional medical care.
Serve as the on-the-floor point of contact for technicians, assistants and doctors, addressing concerns, reallocating resources, and facilitating timely communication.
Ensure staff adherence to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Promote clear and open communication within the team and across departments.
Support inventory control and equipment maintenance relevant to floor operations as needed.
Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings and attend monthly staff meetings to support communication, alignment, and team development.
