Job summary

Bondurant Animal Clinic, a well-established small animal practice in Bondurant, IA, seeks a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced team. The RVT will assist in triage, labs, imaging, anesthesia, and surgical support, while maintaining patient care and client communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RVT license and be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Entry-level RVTs and new graduates welcome; training provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work some Saturday mornings.
• Strong client communication and medical record keeping required.
• Solid knowledge of veterinary procedures, hospital operations, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Restrain animals safely and triage incoming patients.
• Collect and analyze lab samples; perform diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Provide nursing care for medical and hospitalized cases; administer medications.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly to clients; assist in surgeries and anesthesia monitoring.
