VCA All Pet Emergency Center is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician (or RVT-eligible) with a passion for emergency medicine to join our team! (Part time)

We provide after hours emergency and critical care services in Evansville, IN, open weekday nights and weekends.

About the Role

As Veterinary Technician, you will help create and maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients and clients. Duties will include:

  • Client education and communication
  • Patient triage
  • Venipuncture
  • Catheter placement
  • Radiology
  • Anesthesia monitoring
  • Physical examinations and patient assessment
  • Surgical preparation and assisting
  • Laboratory work
  • Pharmacy
  • Patient recovery
