Overland Park Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is a 24-hour facility focusing on the critical needs of animals in our community. Our board-certified specialists provide advanced care for our patients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team. You will gain exposure to a diverse caseload, utilizing advanced imaging and monitoring tools, and work alongside our board-certified specialists.

Position: Veterinary Technician - 4x 10-hour shifts or 3x 12-hour shifts

About You:

You are an outstanding Veterinary Technician with excellent client service and patient care skills. You work well in a team and remain composed during stressful situations. You prioritize clear communication and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families. You seek to utilize your full skill set and learn new advanced techniques. Preferred experience includes anesthesia, endoscopy, ultrasounds, and CT scans.

Benefits:

• Tuition reimbursement and scholarships for accredited Veterinary Technology programs.
• Pay range: $18-$26/hour, depending on experience.
• Shift differentials: Overnight shifts +$1.25/hour; Weekend shifts (Fri 6pm - Mon 8am) +$1.25/hour; After 10 pm +$3/hour.
