Animal Medical Center San Rafael is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our friendly, supportive team. The ideal candidate will have RVT credentials in California, experience with rooming patients, drawing blood, IV catheter placement, radiology, and assisting in surgeries.

Qualifications

• 1+ years clinical RVT experience.
• Active California RVT license or eligibility to transfer within 3 months.
• Knowledge of veterinary tools and restraint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with venipuncture and IV catheter placement.
• Dental procedures and radiography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain histories, and document findings.
• Draw blood and place IV catheters as needed.
