Job summary

Parker Center Animal Clinic is hiring a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to provide skilled care for our patients and outstanding service to clients in Parker, Colorado.

Support veterinarians with exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery; handle animals safely; perform lab work, radiographs, injections, IV catheter placement; maintain medical records and dispense medications; and keep exam rooms clean and stocked. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• RVT certification required.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
• Knowledge of common disease states and alert veterinarians to changes.
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
• Safely handle and restrain animals.
• Communicate care instructions and status updates to clients.
• Perform lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing.
• Keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment clean and stocked.
• Follow hospital safety and regulatory guidelines.

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts and every other Saturday- Monday- Friday 7AM-6PM, Saturday 8AM-2PM
