Qualifications

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) - No On-Call / Flexible Schedule

A Day in Your Life at AMCMA

• Anesthesia Ace: Monitoring surgical procedures, calculating drug doses, and managing pain protocols like a pro.
• Surgical Wingman/Wingwoman: Prepping patients, assisting veterinarians in high-end surgeries, and ensuring sterile field perfection.
• Client Champion & Educator: Teaching pet parents about preventative health, and answering all the "Is it normal if my cat does this?" questions.
• Diagnostic Detective: Running in-house lab equipment, taking high-quality digital X-rays, and performing dental scaling/radiographs.
• Treat Dispenser Extraordinaire: Spreading love (and high-value treats) to make patients feel right at home.

Who You Are

• Credentialed & Capable: You are a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Missouri.
• Master of Multitasking: You can monitor a patient's vitals, prep a room for an upcoming procedure, and comfort a nervous pup without missing a beat.
