Wellshire Animal Hospital in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to lead our surgical program and support high-quality outpatient care. You will work with a collaborative five-doctor team and three RVTs to maximize technician utilization in anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry.

Wellshire Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team and play a key role in our surgical and procedural services, while also supporting high-quality outpatient care.
We are seeking a confident, dependable technician with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our five-doctor practice and team of three Registered Veterinary Technicians place a strong emphasis on technician utilization, particularly in surgery and anesthesia. We value credentialed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care.
In this position, you will play an integral role in our surgical program while contributing to exceptional patient care throughout the hospital. If you enjoy anesthesia, surgery, and working alongside an experienced, engaged team, you'll find plenty of opportunities to utilize and expand your technical skill set. In addition to small animal medicine, we occasionally treat pocket pets, including surgical and dental procedures such as rabbit neuters, abscess repairs, and tooth trimming.
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, for each hour worked, with higher compensation considered for candidates bringing advanced surgical, anesthesia, and technical expertise.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday.
Part-time team members may be eligible for limited benefits in accordance with company policy and state law.
