  • Scheduled Hours: 32
  • Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America)
  • Cost Center: 10010 - 4150 Womens Services Rei
  • Union: SHARE (State Healthcare and Research Employees)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all types of Ultrasound procedures based on department needs, following AIUM guidelines.
  2. Operate various Ultrasound equipment, including portable exams in areas such as the Operating Room and ICUs. Record images and produce hard copies if needed.
  3. Serve as a resource to Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs) and students.
  4. Assist in the care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe work area; report hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:

  • Specialized post-secondary training required.
  • ARDMS registration with certifications in OB/GYN areas required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted, provided ARDMS registration is obtained within 9 months of hire.
