Job Overview

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking a full-time, NY-licensed RPSGT or RT/CRT to work in our busy Pediatric Sleep Center, 3-4 nights per week from 8 pm to 6 am. Competitive hourly rates are offered based on experience, with up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating sleep tests and collecting data
• Preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
• Following proper polysomnographic procedures, including electrode placement, sensor use, equipment calibration, and fitting airway pressure masks
• Scoring clinical events such as respiratory and cardiac episodes and tabulating data for review
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required
• NY PSG and/or CRT/RT license(s) preferred
• Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as an RPSGT preferred; NY PSG and/or Respiratory Therapist license(s) required
• Current BCLS certification
• Proof of immunizations required

Additional Information

Pay ranges from $42 per hour depending on experience. No gaps in employment as an RPSGT should exceed two months.
