An established industry player is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists to deliver essential care services for respiratory dysfunction. Registered Respiratory Therapists deliver both routine and critical care services for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory dysfunction, including oxygen and aerosol therapy, respiratory care treatments, pulmonary diagnostic procedures, airway management, ventilator management, patient assessment, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. They work independently across all hospital areas and actively participate in planning departmental operations.
Registered Respiratory Therapists practice respiratory therapy under the supervision of a licensed physician. This includes performing cardio-pulmonary evaluations, respiratory therapy treatments, and educating patients, families, and the public. They may supervise respiratory therapy technicians and students, and play a key decision-making role in patient care planning, departmental development, and operational oversight.
Additional training/competencies in caring for patients of various ages are expected as applicable.
Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to taxes. Up to $10,000 over two years is available for student loan reimbursement with a 2-year commitment. Terms and conditions apply.
