Location: Lee Memorial Hospital - 2776 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33901

Department: Pulmonary Rehab

Work Type: Part Time; 20 hours/week up to 40 hours/week depending on patient volumes.

Shift: Shift 1 / 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday - Friday (days worked may vary)

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $27.12 - $35.25 / hour

Our Registered Respiratory Therapists administer therapeutic, diagnostic, and mechanical modalities under the Respiratory Care Services, demonstrating proficiency and competence in these procedures. Responsibilities include therapeutic treatments, oxygen therapy, arterial blood gas analysis, ventilator management, and airway management across all age groups. Staff may assess blood gas competencies if qualified as a "Technical Consultant".

Requirements

• Educational Requirements: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred for Technical Consultant duties.
• Experience Requirements: None; new graduates from accredited COARC respiratory therapy programs are accepted.
• State of Florida Licensure: Registered Respiratory Therapist License.
• Certifications/Registrations: Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as an RRT; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as appropriate to the population served.
