Methodist Dallas Medical Center is a leading 595-bed acute care teaching hospital and the flagship of Methodist Health System in North Texas. This PRN Respiratory Therapist role supports multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development; hours are 7pm-7am with all days available.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required.
• NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.

Job Description : Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist PRN position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Respiratory Therapist consistently performs evidence based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence based protocols.

Your Job Requirements:

• - Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
• - Current Basic Life Support certification required
• - Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required
• - NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire
