Position Details

• Part Time (Benefit Eligible), Night Shift
• Special Weekend Option Differential (Plus 50% of base rate)
• Sign-On Bonus of $10,000 for eligible candidates
• Relocation Bonus up to $10,000 based on location

Responsibilities

Our RTs evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, collaborating with nurses, RTs, and specialists to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program
• Pass N.B.R.C. registry exam within 6 months of hire (or within 1 year of graduation)
• Healthcare Provider Certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential patient information and work with EMR systems
